Personal training allows you, the client, private access to individual fitness training, tailored to your specific requirements from a highly experienced trainer in a 1to1 or small group setting.

Pre/post-natal Fitness.

We provide a professional and supportive environment for expectant mothers. We deliver a highly beneficial range of exercises for fitness, stability and wellness associated with each stage of pregnancy. Current best practice from the American College of Sports Medicine is followed to safely maintain health and fitness through each trimester.  We will help you steadily back into shape in a safe and effective manner once your baby has been born.     

 

Rehabilitation.

Following injury and acute care, our trainers can help you regain your strength, mobility and flexibility. During any period of rehabilitation it is important to maintain fitness and we will help you to do this by adapting training methods appropriately, eliminating strain on the injury and continuing your fitness program in parallel with rehabilitation.
