Pre-Natal Fitness Training

I’m looking for 10 new mums, aged 25-45, who live in Greater Manchester and are looking to get back into fitness so that they can drop their baby weight and feel more confident.

I’m looking for new mums who want to:

1. Drop baby weight. 2. Increase core strength. 3. Feel more confident.
